I’ve only been twice - on the first visit we were called into the room in a very rude manner, making my daughter feel nervous. This was heartbreaking as she absolutely adores doctors and is always so good for them. Next visit, the doctor was again quite abrupt with her tone, not making my daughter feel calm or safe when examining her. Will absolutely not go back - the doctor may be well educated and know their stuff, but for us, the pastoral care was lacking. The receptionist doesn’t return calls or follow up with letters being faxed through when she says she will and she struggles to understand my questions.
I highly recommend Dr. Abdullah Shehzad as a GP! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Abdullah Shehzad has an exceptional bedside manner and genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with great patience and clarity. His knowledge and expertise are truly impressive, and I felt confident in his diagnosis and treatment plan. The entire staff at the clinic was friendly and professional, creating a positive and supportive environment. I am grateful to have Dr. Abdullah Shehzad as my GP and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of exceptional medical care. Thank you, Dr. Shehzad, for your outstanding service!

I am a existing patient from more than a year in this medical service. But I was shocked that they charged me this time while other clinics are regular bulk billed with existing patients.
AW I was most disappointed with receptionist behavior. I entered and not greetings, not welcomed, she even didn't care. When I was on my return she just put a eftpos in front of me and jus said one word "$81".
I did it and leaved straight away. I'll never be back again
If you suffer from mental illness don’t bother going here. They will tell you to google beyond blue, write in a diary and find your own psychologist. Extremely disappointing
I love. My doctor. She is very helpful kind and always ready to help.
